Event Registration Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations in this section refer to the cancellation of an event registration in its entirety.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
- Cancellation requests received 45 days before the event will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests received 30 days before the event are eligible only for a credit (less the $100 fee) toward a future event.
- No refund for no shows.
- Flight cancelled, travel delays, weather related: unfortunately, we are unable to refund, however, you may send someone else in your place (minus $50 processing/badge change fee)
- Check refunds will be processed post-event.
- Cancellations must be sent to info@ncla-cte.org.
- Note: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you're unable to attend after the 30-day mark, we can transfer your registration to someone else in your organization (minus $50 processing/badge change fee). Since food and beverage minimums and other orders for the event have already been placed, we are unable to refund registrations that are 30 days or less from the event date.
Inclement Weather Policy
NCLA events will proceed as scheduled unless NCLA determines that cancellation, postponement, or a virtual modification is necessary. If an event is held as scheduled, inability to attend due to weather, airline disruption, road closures, or other travel-related issues does not qualify for a refund. Registrants may send a substitute attendee. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance and review credit card or airline protections for weather-related disruptions.
