Event Registration Changes & Cancelations

If paying by check, please mail payment to P.O. Box 25 Hershey PA 17078 and include tax exempt information, if applicable.

Cancellations in this section refer to the cancellation of the registration in its entirety.

Cancellation requests received 45 days before the event will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests received 30 days before the event are eligible for a credit towards a future event.

If paid by a P.O., the P.O. processing fee will not be refunded if the registration is cancelled.

Check refunds will be processed post-event.

Cancellations must be sent to info@ncla-cte.org.

Note: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to attend after the 30-day mark, we will transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. Since food and beverage minimums and other orders for the event have already been placed, we are unable to refund or transfer registrations that are 4 weeks or less from the event date.

Inclement Weather Policy

NCLA will not cancel a conference due to inclement weather. NCLA will issue refunds to those registrants who notify us of their verifiable weather-related travel cancellation less a $100 processing fee and a $25 PO fee if registration was paid by PO.

If you are planning to use a Purchase Order for your registration, continue with online registration and select "Purchase Order" as payment type.

Requirements for POs:

Send a copy of the PO to: info@ncla-cte.org

NCLA will assess a $25 processing fee for every PO. Be sure that this processing fee is included in the max allowed charge on the PO. Insufficient PO will not be processed.

Purchase Orders must be paid in full before attendees may receive their badges.
