Stephanie Sklba is the Vice President of Community and Government Relations at Gateway Technical College in Wisconsin. She has been with the college for over 20 years. This position includes overseeing marketing, media, and public relations, the college Foundation, and alumni association, WGTD, Gateway’s radio station, community engagement, government relations as well as environmental and sustainability initiatives. Stephanie works to ensure that individuals have an understanding of the many educational opportunities that exist at the college, the role that Gateway plays in the community, the impact that the college has on economic development, and the success that students have in their careers after graduation. She is active in the Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership organization as an institutional representative and currently works with the women at the college on leadership development. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s of Organizational Communication and a master’s of Business Communication, Leadership, and Influence. Stephanie and her husband, Chris, live in Wisconsin and have owned a custom jewelry store for over 15 years. They have two daughters that currently live in Colorado. Go Pack Go!
