A Two-Decade Commitment to Gateway Technical College

Stephanie Sklba brings over 20 years of experience to her role as the Vice President of Community and Government Relations at Gateway Technical College in Wisconsin. Her diverse portfolio includes responsibilities in marketing, media, public relations, community engagement, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Stephanie also oversees the college Foundation, alumni association, and WGTD, Gateway’s radio station. Her tireless efforts aim to broaden public understanding of Gateway’s multifaceted role in the community, as well as its contributions to economic development and student success post-graduation.

Empowering the Next Generation of Women Leaders

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Stephanie is deeply involved in leadership development, particularly among women. She serves as an institutional representative for the Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership organization and actively mentors women at Gateway Technical College. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a master’s degree in Business Communication, Leadership, and Influence.

Stephanie and her husband, Chris, have been Wisconsin residents for many years and are proud owners of a custom jewelry store. They are parents to two daughters who currently reside in Colorado. A passionate Packers fan, Stephanie’s rallying cry is “Go Pack Go!”
