Shelley Groves serves as the Superintendent/CEO of Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools, located in Groveport, Ohio. With over 26 years of experience in education, Shelley has dedicated her career to supporting students in career and technical education. Beginning as a mathematics instructor, she transitioned into building administration before taking on district-level responsibilities. For the past six years, Shelley has worked at the district level and is now in her second year as Superintendent/CEO. Her extensive background and leadership continue to drive innovation and success for the district’s career and technical education programs.
